I am a remedial reading teacher at the middle and high schools at Greenville Central School District, certified in both reading and special education. I have been teaching developmental reading/special education for 23 years. I'm looking forward to sharing literacy strategies as I believe students have the potential to become proficient readers, even with their diverse needs and backgrounds. Teaching literacy can be a shared approach, with students generalizing strategies across content areas.
